GMCLA’s Alive Music Project (AMP) has reached over 75,000 middle and high school students in the Los Angeles area with a message of acceptance and hope through music.
Through interactive presentation, performance, and dialogue, AMP brings students and members of the Chorus together for assembly presentations. These conclude with a Q & A session where students are invited to (anonymously) ask questions.
AMP also offers an opportunity to enrich each school’s music education program. Before each AMP presentation, our Music Director visits the school to conduct a choral master class. Choral students are invited to perform with GMCLA at the presentations.
